Review Process
Each educational page is reviewed by our medical reviewer for clinical accuracy, neutrality, and alignment with published bariatric literature and professional society guidance. Pages display a Last Reviewed date.
Update Cadence
Content is reviewed at minimum annually and whenever significant new evidence, professional society guidance, or accreditation updates become available.
Scope of Review
Medical review focuses on procedure descriptions, candidacy criteria, risks, comparisons, and recovery education. Cost, financing, and travel information is informational and is not a clinical recommendation.
